The IBE International Golden Light Awards recognise the contributions of people affected by epilepsy in their community and those who care for them. The Purple Bench initiative is proud to have two golden light award winners representing the African continent. Nina Mago our founder is the 2019 award winner and Sophie Nabukenya  is the 2021 award winner.
